What's the position?
The Director, Partnership Marketing leads Hard Rock Bet's partnership strategy and execution across the lifestyle, entertainment, music, culture, and premium experiences landscape. This role owns the full Lifestyle & Entertainment portfolio, from strategy and opportunity evaluation through activation and measurement, and builds, coaches, and scales the team that brings it to life.
You will set the vision for how Hard Rock Bet shows up in culture, translate the brand's entertainment heritage into partnership programs that drive brand and business impact, and serve as the senior point of accountability for the vertical's performance. This role reports to the Senior Director, Partnership Marketing.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Portfolio
Own the Lifestyle & Entertainment partnership strategy and roadmap, spanning music, entertainment, festivals and live events, premium experiences, destination and venue partnerships, and grassroots opportunities across community organizations and local and regional businesses that deepen market relevance, engagement and brand affinity
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities that ladder into brand and business objectives
Grow existing partnerships by uncovering incremental value, activation opportunities, and added-value assets
Define the vertical's KPI framework and measurement approach in partnership with Evaluation & Measurement
Activation & Execution
Oversee end-to-end activation across on-site, digital, social, CRM, content, paid media, and promotions
Ensure flawless execution and brand consistency across all Lifestyle & Entertainment activations
Manage external agencies to maximize creative quality, scale, and activation effectiveness
Establish efficient processes, documentation, and operational structures that improve speed and scalability
Cross-Functional & Leadership
Partner with Brand, User Acquisition, CRM, Promotions, Content, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to ensure partnerships are effectively executed and measured
Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and ROI-driven execution
Own reporting cadences that give leadership clear visibility on portfolio performance and activation outcomes
Deliver strategic evaluations of partnership ROI, including valuation, activation effectiveness, and cross-channel integration
Job requirements

You think portfolio-first, you connect every investment back to business impact, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
You will have:
B.S./B.A. with 8-10+ years of partnership marketing, sponsorship, or brand activation experience (brand, entertainment property, music, league, or agency), with 5-8+ years leading and developing teams
Online casino or iGaming marketing experience strongly preferred
Deep fluency and network across entertainment, music, and culture
Proven record of delivering sponsorship ROI, growing brand equity, and driving results through strategic partnerships
Expertise in partnership valuation, activation strategy, ROI modeling, and recap reporting
Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating across internal cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to build operational structures that improve speed, efficiency, and scalability
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams while collaborating across departments
Strategic, audience-first thinker who connects partnership assets to brand storytelling and cultural relevance
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making data-informed decisions under pressure
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable) and campaign workflows
Passion for sports, sports betting, entertainment, and culture
