Job description
What are we building?
Hard Rock Digital is a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We’re building a team that resonates passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight and strive to ensure we’re always acting authentically.
Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We’re taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us?
What's the position?
Every player who opens our casino lobby should see something that feels built for them. This role exists to make that happen. You'll help shape and execute the content strategy behind our lobby experience, personalizing what players see across multiple jurisdictions and continuously sharpening it based on what's working in the market.
This isn't a back office execution role. We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about player behavior, has an eye for what makes a game or category compelling, and wants to help build the next generation of casino content strategy.
Day to day, you will:
Execute and maintain personalized content placements across the casino lobby, tailoring the experience by player segment and jurisdiction
Conduct ongoing competitor and market research, tracking how other operators structure their lobbies, categories, and promotional content
Pitch and help develop new game category concepts based on market trends, player data, and competitive gaps
Coordinate content rollouts across multiple jurisdictions, adapting for local regulatory and compliance requirements
Partner with content planning, operations, and game launch teams to keep lobby content fresh and aligned with new releases
Monitor widget and category performance, flagging what's underperforming and surfacing opportunities to test
Support the buildout of internal frameworks and documentation that help the wider team scale personalization efforts
Job requirements
What are we looking for?
Experience in content strategy, merchandising, or lobby/category management, ideally in a digital product environment
Casino or iGaming experience is a plus but not a requirement
Strong instinct for market and competitive research, with the curiosity to dig into what other operators are doing and why
Comfort working across multiple jurisdictions with differing rules, timelines, and content requirements
Clear, structured written communication for pitching ideas and documenting content decisions
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, or willingness to learn
An understanding of how personalization and recommendation systems work in a consumer app context is a plus
Core daytime hours with occasional flexibility needed around major launches or jurisdictional go-lives
What’s in it for you?
We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include:
Competitive pay and benefits
Flexible vacation allowance
A hybrid / remote working environment
Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand
Roster of Uniques
We care deeply about every interaction our customers have with us, and trust and empower our staff to own and drive their experience.
