What is the position?
We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our treasury team, reporting to the VP, Treasury. This role is at the center of our daily cash operations — owning the daily cash position and forecast, executing payments, managing vendor registration and banking setup, supporting month-end close reporting, and partnering with operations on projects that keep a fast-growing, multi-state gaming business running, including but not limited to:
Prepare the daily cash position and daily cash flow forecast
Execute daily payment processing, including wire and ACH preparation, verification, and release
Own the vendor registration and banking setup process, including collection and validation of banking details, callback verification, and coordination with accounts payable and procurement
Maintain vendor banking records in the ERP and banking platforms, ensuring changes follow fraud-prevention controls
Maintain rolling short-term cash forecasts and investigate and explain variances to actuals
Support month-end close reporting
Prepare monthly bank fee and account analysis reporting, flagging errors and savings opportunities
Assist with bank account openings, closings, and maintenance, including documentation and signer updates
Prepare state attestation and regulatory cash reporting on schedule
Maintain treasury process documentation and support adherence to treasury policies and internal controls
Collaborate with internal departments such as accounting, compliance, operations, legal, and payments
Support operations and finance leadership on other projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
Any other projects as business may require
Job requirements
What are we looking for?
Required and preferred candidate skills and experience:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
Minimum of two years’ experience in treasury, cash management, banking, accounting, or corporate finance.
Background with a gaming, digital, payments, or e-commerce company preferred.
Working knowledge of daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and bank account structures.
Experience with payment execution and vendor banking setup, including an understanding of payment fraud risks and verification controls.
Exposure to month-end close, reports and reconciliations
Experience with online banking platforms, an ERP system, and/or a treasury management system preferred.
High proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and working with large data sets preferred.
Problem-solving, and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to meet recurring daily and month-end deadlines while balancing multiple projects at any given time.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships across teams and levels in the organization, including management, colleagues, auditors, vendors, and banking partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
